Gertrude Lederman Family Continuing Education Program Continuing Education classes at North Suburban Synagogue Beth El offer a wonderful chance to deepen your understanding of Jewish thought, culture, and identity. TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES: Contact Marcie Eskin at email@example.com or 847-926-7903, or register online.
Classes are offered in four quarters – Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. The fee structure for regular Continuing Education courses with multiple sessions is $125 per quarter, but offered at a discounted price of $60 to NSS Beth El members. Payment for one multiple session course includes any additional regular Continuing Education classes during the same quarter with no additional charge. Please note that there is a separate fee for Sisterhood Torah Fund, Melton, and Schechter Institute courses.
For Sisterhood Torah Fund classes, no donation is too large or too small; however, a suggested minimum annual donation of $54 per person covers attendance at any or all Torah Fund classes (including Book Club), all of which are open to everyone (women and men, Beth El members and non-members). Donors at the Benefactor level ($180) and above will receive the beautiful 5781 “b’yachad” Torah Fund pin, designed by Eytan Brandes, which may also be worn as an eye-catching pendant.
