As a caring community, we celebrate the happy moments in the lives of our members and offer support during times of sadness, illness, and life-stress.
Our Bikkur Cholim Caring Community is here for our entire Beth El family. The volunteers who are committed to Bikkur Cholim are an amazing group of Beth El members, trained in the mitzvah of reaching out to those who are in need and ready to provide support.
The mitzvah is not limited to an age or stage in life. Whether it is you or your loved one who is in need, facing extensive medical challenges, facing a life-transition, or are home-bound, Bikkur Cholim is your caring resource.
Acts of Bikkur Cholim may take many forms such as offering spiritual strength though our clergy, companionship through visits, connecting through a telephone call or a card, or helping provide a meal.
Please contact Rabbi Alex Freedman, email@example.com, or complete the form below, if you or a family member may benefit from Bikkur Cholim assistance. Please remember that we completely understand and respect the privacy of our members struggling with any health issue. Any information that you share with us will be kept strictly confidential unless you give us permission to share the information with others.
We are continuing to explore additional ways to provide help to our Beth El community. If you are interested in joining Bikkur Cholim outreach, please contact Jackie Melinger: or Mary Ellen Bowers-Goldsmith at firstname.lastname@example.org
