Bikkur Cholim

Bikkur Cholim

Bikkur Cholim is the Jewish mitzvah of caring for and supporting those who are ill or facing difficult life transitions. At Beth El, this commitment extends to every stage of life and every member of our community.

Whether you or a loved one are dealing with a medical challenge, recovering at home, navigating a life transition, or simply in need of extra support, Beth El is here to help. Support may include clergy connection, personal visits, phone calls, cards, meal assistance, or other acts of care and companionship.

Our Bikkur Cholim Committee is made up of dedicated Beth El volunteers who are committed to reaching out with compassion, connection, and practical support when it is needed most.

If you or a family member could benefit from Bikkur Cholim support, please contact Rabbi Alex Freedman at [email protected] or complete the form below. We respect your privacy, and any information you share will remain confidential unless you give us permission to share it.
