Join us for our annual Blood Drive coming up very soon!
You can help someone who needs help NOW.
Beth El has held an annual blood drive for years, but for the first time, we are holding it on Mitzvah Day. What greater Mitzvah then a direct contribution to saving a life. By donating a pint of blood, you are helping someone truly in need.
The process is easy, painless, and risk free.
Please join us in the South Wing and give someone the gift of life. You must be in good health, 18 years or older, and weigh more than 100 lbs. Although refreshments are served, it is always a good idea to have breakfast beforehand. Don’t forget to have your driver’s license or some other photo ID handy.
As you consider which Mitzvah Day activity to participate in, please consider joining me in donating blood. IT’S A VERY WORTHY CAUSE.
The Men’s Club is offering a stipend to children of Men’s Club members to attend an area “Day” Camp that is sponsored by a Jewish Organization next summer.
Stipends will be awarded on a first come – first serve basis, so don’t wait to the last minute to submit your application. For more information or to get an application by January 31st, contact Rob Freeman at rob.nssbethel@gmail.com.
