On Shabbat-to-Go Meals:

I work all day on Friday and then we hold a zoom Kiddush with my husband’s family so not having to cook for Shabbat has been a huge bonus! Laura’s food has been delicious and so plentiful! Our first meal for four lasted my family of five for two nights!

Our daughter was married on New Year’s Eve, 2013 and our wedding was the first one catered by North Surban Syanaogue Beth El’s Circle of Life Catering. The evening was absolutely perfect. Avram Pachter was  a joy to work with and made the entire process seamless. The venue is beyond georgeous–with the snow gently falling outside and visible from the back wall of windows, it was like being in a Winter Wonderland. The staff was outstanding and helped make the evening so very special. And the food—-let’s just say it was probably one of the best catered dinners (and weddings) we’ve ever attended. We are proud that North Suburban Synagogue Beth El can offer a kosher event option that not only provides real value and excellent food but also exemplifies the “mensch” factor.
