We’re excited to launch the third year of our monthly Shabbat morning meditation and Torah discussion. Each session includes a brief, five-minute guided meditation and a spirited 30-minute conversation about the weekly parashah — all led by fellow congregants. Not sure about leading? No problem! We’ll help you prepare, find a co-leader, or offer guidance to build your confidence. Whether you’d like to participate, lead, or try both, we’d love to have you.

Dates for the 2025–2026 (5786) meetings are: 9/6, 10/4, 11/1, 12/13, 1/3, 2/14, 3/7, 4/11, 5/16 around 11:15 am (during Musaf Amidah repetition).
