Max Pivo is an incredible local educator whose work includes facilitation and partnership–building through the iCenter and now also as the CHUSY Region Israel Engagement Specialist. We’ll be meeting to study how the modern State of Israel’s borders have shifted and how that affects our perception of Israel. We’ll study how maps are their own narratives and how maps can shape our view of current events in the Middle East.
