Baking Challah with Anya Viner

Our 4-part Challah Baking & Braiding class with Anya Viner is under way!  Last Friday, we made challah dough from scratch and learned about different types of flour, yeast, kneading, and more. Next we will practice basic and advanced braiding as well as creative shapes, fillings and decorations.
