Rabbi Vernon Kurtz, the Rabbi Emeritus of North Suburban Synagogue Beth El, will join us in-person for Shavuot as well as for the Mitzvah613 Closing Ceremony on May 21. He will deliver this year’s Rabbi Philip Lipis Memorial Lectures on Erev Shavuot, Thursday, May 25.

Tikkun Layl Shavuot will continue at Beth El with all night study sessions from 12:00 – 4:30 am. The Sunrise Service and Bagel Breakfast will be at 4:45 am on Friday, May 26 with Festival Services at 9:00 am. Rabbi Kurtz will also deliver the D’var Torah on Saturday, May 27.
