Selichot is the opening service of the Penitential Season, observed on the Saturday night prior to Rosh Hashanah. It is the first time we hear the haunting nusah (liturgical modes) of the High Holy Days. Today, we use the evening as an opportunity for music and self-reflection, as well as prayer. We invite you to join us as we begin the High Holy Day season with a special concert with Pianist Marissa Kerbel followed by Hazzan Sandler leading Selichot services.
