Knead a Night Out? Challah Bake 2020

Breaking previous records, this year’s Challah Bake hosted over 240 NSSBE members and guests who helped support our Cohen Religious School. Chef Laura Frankel led the “hands on” challah baking demonstration. Her recipe included olive oil and honey with lots of tips, including how to make a “sponge.” The leadership team included Nami Goldenberg and Melissa Block who helped organize and facilitate this incredible event.
