Kadima, the Hebrew word for "forward', invites our youth to become more involved with Youth Community. We provide a broad mix of social, religious/educational and social action programs that prepare them for U.S.Y.  Our Kadimaniks attend Chicago regional events such as Second City, The Sixties Party, and the annual Kadima Kallah, a first weekend convention experience.  Kadima has a board of elected officers who work closely with an adult advisor to plan and help run the chapter. This responsibility allows them to develop their leadership and social skills which they will use throughout their lives.
