Sisterhood is the linking of hands of the women of the synagogue to enhance and mold our future. We are working to meet the needs of all our members as well as raise the necessary funds to support our programs and projects. Please review our many and varied offerings from Torah Fund classes, to Festival of the Arts, from traditional Jewish Cooking Classes, to our Book Club. We know you'll want to join us and add to the excitement of our coming year.

Sisterhood is ageless -- for every age. Our program chairs are planning interesting and diverse monthly meetings. 

Come Join the Sisterhood!  The Beth El Sisterhood provides a sense of community for the women of our congregation.  An active calendar of events offers opportunities for everyone to participate. Monthly Sisterhood meetings focus on current events, Jewish interest themes and entertainment.  The progamming committee has been hard at work planning a year of exciting programs.  Sisterhood is multi-generational and integral to the life of the synagogue.  Joining Sisterhood is a wonderful way for new members to meet and form new friendships within the synagogue family.  Membership is $25 per year . . .and for seniors, a reduced rate of $20.  Make your checks payable to North Suburban Beth El Sisterhood and mail to Phyllis Cohodes, 37 Turnbull Woods, Highland Park, 60035.
